Issue/Introduction

When using IWA authentication, a popup authentication window opens after inactivity timeout expires.
Issue occurs when "Challenge user after logout" is checked. 
 

Resolution

This behavior is by design when the "Challenge user after logout" option is enabled. 

One of the ways to disable the feature: 
Go to Edge SWG Management Console > Configuration tab > Compact View > Authentication > Realms and Domains > Select an IWA realm > Edit > Advanced Settings > Show > Uncheck 'Challenge User After Logout' >  Apply > Save > Save Changes > Close
