Resolution

The ProxySG does not store any information associated with the expiration date of BlueCoat Web Filter licenses. License validation is done on the database server at the time of an attempted download. To obtain information regarding the expiration date of your BlueCoat content filter license please contact the vendor. If you use Blue Coat Web Filtering please contact customer care support and provide your BCWF username.
