Issue/Introduction

Refresh bandwidth is the bytes per second used to refresh objects in cache in order to achieve the desired freshness. Objects in cache are verified against the origin even when they are not requested, this is a method of proactively keeping the cache 'fresh'. If you need to limit the bandwidth used by the proxy to refersh the cache, you can do it with this option.
