Entering the ctrl-x ctrl-h keyboard sequence on the ProxySG appliance via a serial console causes the appliance to reboot with Hardware exception code: 0x0 with Software exception code: 0x16.
The ctrl-x ctrl-h key sequence is often used when taking a manual core dump via the serial console, and is the only cause of a system reboot.
