CA Mainframe Application Tuner (MAT) does not use Command Channel Word (CCW) with EXCP?

Additional Information

IBM had made some changes to CCW (Channel Command Word) processing that could impact vendors that are using EXCP directly which requires CCW.  CA MAT doesn't do that, but CA File Master Plus probably would.  There are also possible impacts to IDMS or Datacom.
