Issue/Introduction

You receive a S047 abend in CA Dispatch or in one of it's components or subtasks. 

What may have caused this and how can it be prevented?

Resolution

The S047 abend indicates a load library authorization problem.

As your first course of action, CA recommends that customers perform the necessary steps to permanently APF AUTHORIZE the "HLQ...CADSLOAD" CA Dispatch load library being pointed to by the STC, batch job or external subtask. Then, restart the abending task or job.
