Unable to uninstall Unified Agent or Proxy Client from either Add and Remove Program or Programs and Features

Resolution

Use the following link to open the application so that you can manually uninstall Unified Agent or Proxy Client. This is a replacement for the windows "clean up" utility that was used to force uninstall applications that failed to uninstall.
