Unable to access UPS's Campusship web site when going through Threatpulse or Cloud
Error: The page cannot be displayed
Happens primarily when using an IPsec connection
The Cloud service is attempting to perform a reverse DNS lookup on the IP addresses associated with www.campusship.ups.com and the RDNS request times out. To work around the issue, please do the following steps:
1.) Login to the Threatpulse portal: https://portal.threatpulse.com/
2.) Go to Solutions > Threat Protection > Policy > Trusted Destinations > Trusted Destination IPs/Subnets/
3.) Click on Add Trusted Destination IPs/Subnets and add the following IP addresses:
4.) Save your changes and click on the Activate button.
