Issue/Introduction

Resolving acid corruption after upgrading to CA Top Secret r16 from r15.



After upgrading from CA Top Secret r15 to r16 and converting to AES256 encryption, acids that have NOPW were receiving password was expired at CICS. Problems doesn't occur signing on to IMS.

TSS LIST(ACIDS) DATA(ALL,PASSWORD) shows that the PASSWORD line reported a password expiration date of "11/20/03".

Resolution

Please apply RO97411 which fixes a problems with TSSXTEND corrupting acids with NOPW during conversion to AES256 encryption.
