When installing a policy, the warning: ‘#10 will be ignored’ is shown. In the warning window it shows URL #10 URL for an entry in a custom category or URL list.
This issue can be resolved by finding the entry and deleting the extra characters.
Example before:
URL or Custom Category:
bluecoat.com
bto.bluecoat.com#10;kb.bluecoat.com
forums.bluecoat.com
Example correction (replace #10; with a new line entry):
URL or Custom Category:
bluecoat.com
bto.bluecoat.com
kb.bluecoat.com
forums.bluecoat.com
Apply the changes, and then “Install Policy” in the VPM. The Warning / Error should be resolved now.
