Blue Coat Systems Policy: Blue Coat Systems only provides technical support for devices that have been purchased through Blue Coat Systems authorized channels (authorized resellers). Blue Coat Systems does not and will not provide support contracts for equipment that is purchased through a non authorized distributive channel.
Second-hand equipment Policy: Blue Coat Systems will only provide support on products that have been purchased by the original purchaser, licensed or authorized assignee. We will not provide support or move the product to third parties.
Assignment of License Policy: Blue Coat Systems license keys are non transferable unless there is written permission signed by an authorized officer of Blue Coat.
