Issue/Introduction

When attempting to look at historical data for any class, the following error message is displaying in the Sky UI:

Statistics data report incomplete due to error.
No matching records found to dump.

 The Advanced (Legacy) interface displays the following error:

There is not enough data to chart the time series.

Resolution

Verify that the PacketShaper Measurement Engine is running.

  1. Start  a CLI session to the PacketShaper via a Telnet/SSH session.
  2. Once logged in, type the command me show.  

The output of the command should show if the Measurement Engine is running.  If it has stopped, you can type the command me start. Once started, the PacketShaper will start recording data again. After about an hour, check to see if data is collecting and reports show some activity.
