Issue/Introduction

You have an expired certificate on the ProxySG and need to exchange it with a renewed certificate issued by your Certification Authority (CA).

You have a certificate in use within an existing keyring on the ProxySG that needs to be renewed.

Resolution

Before you can import the renewed certificate in the existing keyring, you must first disassociate the keyring where it is in use and delete the certificate (for more information, see: 000011428).

After you have deleted the expired certificate from the keyring, perform the following steps to import the renewed certificate using the Management Console:

  • Go to Configuration>SSL>Keyrings>SSL Keyrings
  • Select the respective keyring
  • Click Edit
  • Click Import in the Certificate section
  • Copy/Paste the renewed certificate into the Import Certificate dialog box
  • Click OK
  • Click Close in the Edit Keyring dialog box
  • Click Apply and OK
