Proxy's ICAP health check fails when you change the ProxySG IP address

Issue/Introduction

After changing the IP address on the ProxySG, ICAP health check is failing for one or more proxies that is configured to use a particular ProxyAV
The ProxySG's IP address has changed multiple times in a short amount of time.

Resolution

The problem may be due to the ARP table on the ProxyAV not being correct.  Please do the following:

1. Login to the ProxyAV management console (https://<ip.address.of.proxyav>:8082/ )
2. Click on Advanced
3. Click on ARP Table
4. Click on the Clear Arp Table button
5. Test the health check again on the ProxySG, it should be working now.
