ProxyClient pops up error message: web filter license expired

Issue/Introduction

ProxyClient pops up error message:  "web filter license expired"
ProxyClient license all good on the ProxySG
Date on the ProxySG was grossly out of date. 
The date on the ProxySG was in 1993

Resolution

Update the ProxySG to the current time (preferably by using an NTP time source), update the Blue Coat Web Filter (BCWF) and update the ProxyClient.  The errors on the ProxyClient went away. 

The ProxyClient does contain some time sensitive code.  Please make sure the ProxySGs have the correct and current time.
