Resolution

 

For any antivirus pattern to update, it always requires resources from ProxyAV. A pattern update for every 30 minutes is too frequent; customers are advised to schedule pattern updates every 8 or 12 hours (during off-peak hours) to reduce the load on the ProxyAV.

Suggestion is to change update frequency to 480 minutes and monitor it

(Antivirus > update settings > update frequency > (480) minutes)
