I have just completed an SGOS upgrade on my SG 300/600/900/9000 or CacheFlow device and now I am unable to connect to the management console or ping the unit.
If you connect to the serial console and you might find the boot messages in the serial console show “No bootable images found” or “machine has no SGOS”
First try to reboot the ProxySG or CacheFlow device with the serial console still attached. Monitor the output for the same message that you saw earlier. If the reboot fails to boot a valid SGOS image then please contact Blue Coat Support for assistance in troubleshooting this hardware issue.
