Not able to open HTTPS URL through the ProxySG

Issue/Introduction

 Not able to open HTTPS URL through the ProxySG, and the SSL debug is showing the error "Detected unsupported cipher error, recording in session."

Resolution

This indicate that the OCS is using a cipher that is not supported on the ProxySG.

 To resolve this issue, detect protocol need to be turned off for this URL
