Matching the destination URL in a Forwarding Layer whilst performing a TWURL re-write must be done on the re-written URL

Issue/Introduction

You wish to perform a two-way URL re-write (see 000011756) and then forward the request to a specific host. However, the forwarding rule to match the required destination URL does not match.

Resolution

Rules within a Forwarding Layer are the final policy rules to be processed. By the time these rules are processed the URL has already been re-written. Therefore your destination URL rule must be for the URL after it has been re-written.
