Resolution

Query of the following strings (use of "=" and "?") are not supported in the local database. In this example, the first error caused by go.test.com/fwlink/?LinkId=68928

In order to solve the problem, remove everything after fwlink string (go.test.com/fwlink) to block everything after the fwlink part of the URL. If you plan to block/allow the full URL go.test.com/fwlink/?LinkId=68928, you need to use the CPL/VPM to block / allow those specific links.
