Issue/Introduction

The LinkChangeTime value indicates the time elapsed in seconds from the Packetshaper boot-up time to the time when the NIC interface flapped last time. Every time a NIC interface flaps, its LinkChangeTime is updated.

 

The value is helpful to determine when was the last time the NIC interface went down and came back up.
