The look and touch default user access accounts are not editable on PacketShaper.
However, you may disable the default look and touch user accounts if you have TACACS or RADIUS authentication setup with PacketShaper.
*To force PacketShaper to only accept RADIUS user account authentication and disable the local look/touch user accounts, issue the CLI command: sys set strictRadius 1
*To force PacketShaper to only accept TACACS user account authentication and disable the local look/touch user accounts, issue the command: sys set strictTacacs 1
