ICAP Trickling is only supported on  the HTTP Proxy and is not supported on Native FTP traffic.

Patience page are a valid alternative in many cases and are described in Integrating Content Analysis 2.4 with other Symantec Products: ProxySG and Malware Analysis

• Trickling is not supported with native FTP traffic. However, when trickling is enabled globally in the ICAP service configuration, patience pages are supported with the proceeding policy: service.name=FTP response.icap_feedback.interactive(patience_page, 5)
