In a "Top Sites Report" there are multiple lines for one host but different categories
 

A particular host is being categorized under multiple categories.

Resolution

Blue Coat Web Filter can report a web site with up to four different categories. Reporter is merely reporting what it finds in the access logs. For example a web site can be classified as "News and Business". You can find out what Blue Coat Web filter classifies a web site as by going to http://sitereview.bluecoat.com/sitereview.jsp and entering in the URL in question.
