When I tried to access the management console using https://X.X.X.X:8082, where X.X.X.X is the IP address of the proxy, it did not respond, but when I tried to access it using http://X.X.X.X:8081, the management console works fine.
This behavior might happen if the default keyring that is used to make the https connection to management console is corrupted, and the appliance can’t extract the certificate from this keyring.
