PacketShaper stuck in boot monitor and we do not have valid PacketWise Image on the box.
Upload the image to the PacketShaper using TFTP (Trivial File Transfer Protocol).
1) Setup the PacketShaper in a lab environment and connect to it directly. [PacketShaper (Inside interface) ---- HUB---Workstation as TFTP server]
Both PacketShaper and Workstation IP address must be in the same subnet.
2) Source file name should be "<filename>.zoo", make that the setting of the TFTP server are correct on the Workstation.
The TFTP server I am using is "Pumpkin v2.7.2" freeware: http://kin.klever.net/pumpkin/binaries
Below is the command output during my testing, word in Bold is the user input.
