Issue/Introduction

Steps to upload troubleshooting files from ProxySG to Symantec support using CLI.

Resolution

If the GUI interface is not available, or you have command line interface only, you can upload the troubleshooting files to your case view by using the following. You will need to replace with the your case number.

PROXY_SG#config t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CTRL-Z.
PROXY_SG#(config)diagnostics
PROXY_SG#(config diagnostics)service-info
PROXY_SG#(config service-info)view available
Service information that can be sent to case.
