How to uninstall Unified Agent on OS X

Issue/Introduction

Follow these two steps to uninstall Unified Agent from an OS X device

Resolution

1: Click on the Unified Agent's icon in the system tray

 

2:  Hold down the option key.  The "Quit" option will now change to an "Uninstall" option.

 

NOTE:  If the application was deleted from the applications folder, please see TECH248066 for details on how to remove the Agent.
