I have been asked to clear the Java cache followed by a Java debug. If you are having problems with loading Java, try using the debugging tool within javato identify the source of either the bottleneck or slow connectivity.
Resolution
Firstly go to the control panel on the client PC.
Double click on the Java icon.
Select the view button and in the window that opens delete all the content relating to bluecoat by click the X
Select Advanced and select all three options. Next select Java console and enable show console
Click Ok or Apply. Close Java console.
Next start the connection to the proxy.
Press the number 5 numeric key within the Java console to enable the Java trace to start logging all entries.
Java debugging is enabled. Save the resulting output by pressing the copy button and pasting into Notepad.
Review the entries in the debug to try and identify any errors.
