Issue/Introduction

Using Safari on iPad, users get prompted to trust the certificate whenever having the ProxySG to intercept SSL traffic.

Resolution

In order to not get prompted, users can install the ProxySG default certificate onto the iPad.

To install ProxySG default certificate onto the iPad.

1. Open Safari
2. Go to https://<ProxySG IP Address:8082>/ssl/download_ca (If there is a prompt, just click continue)
3. Click on default under 'Certificates configured under keyrings'
4. Click install when the Install Profile window pops up
5. Click 'Install Now' and enter the iPad's passcode to continue if you have one
