Issue/Introduction

Health status from the ProxySG reports Critical with the message "SSL trial license expired".

Resolution

To disable the warning message and change the health status from Critical to OK :

  1. Open the Management Console and click on Maintenance, Licensing, Install, Register / Manage
  2. Login with your BTO credentials
  3. Click on the Serial Number of the unit getting the warning message
  4. Click on Manage Software Serial Numbers
  5. Click on the Remove tab
  6. Check the SSL license and click Remove

Once those changes applied;

  1. Open the Management Console and click on Maintenance / Licensing / Install and then click Retreive
  2. Enter your BTO username and password
  3. Click Request License

The warning message should now be gone.
