How to classify the Apple iTunes traffic?

Resolution

Here is the procedure to classify the iTunes traffic

1. Turn on the traffic discovery from the Setup tab in the GUI and you should see the Apple-iTunes class be created once enough flows have been seen by the packetshaper
2. Turn off the traffic discovery

If you do not want to turn on traffic discovery, you can create the class manually with the service called "Apple i-Tunes"

 

Once you have the class created or auto-discovered, you can apply a policy to it
