How to collect Proxyclient debug logs for troubleshooting?

Issue/Introduction

1. Open ProxyClient installation directory (e.g.: C:\Program Files\Blue Coat\ProxyClient).
2. Run ProxyClientDC.exe.
3. Select from one of the following two options of the Proxyclient Data Collector.

• Gather general diagnostic data for the system administrator. This is the general diagnostic data.

• Gather detailed diagnostic data for the Blue Coat Support team. This collects more details data and offers to upload to Blue Coat.

When finished, click ‘View collected data’ to locate where the data is stored. All the collected data files will additionally be stored in the ZIP file contained in this directory.
