PacketShaper

Issue/Introduction

PacketShaper stores historical data on its hard drive (9.258/) in one-minute and one-hour samples.

PacketShaper/ISP models store data in one-minute and four-hour samples.

Resolution

For classes and partitions, units store at least one day's worth of per-minute data samples and at least one month's worth of per-hour data samples.

For link, units store seven days of per-minute data samples and six months of per-hour samples. (PacketShaper/ISP models store at least 30 hours of one-minute data and at least 64 days of four-hour data.)

What this really means is that if you want a graph of less than 24 hours you must generate it right away.

For example, on Monday you cannot see what happened for 24 hours on Friday; the data will have already been overwritten.
