How is number of users displayed on the graph in the Statistics tab calculated?

Issue/Introduction
The number of Concurrent Users under Statistics > System & Resources > Concurrent Users is calculated based on the number of concurrent IP addresses intercepted by the ProxySG appliance.
An alternative to this graphical display is the users link:
https://x.x.x.x:8082/tcp/users
