Uploading information from the command line interface (CLI) is useful if access to the GUI is slow or unavailable.
Connect to ProxySG using a Serial Console or SSH.
Execute the following commands to see what files are available:

Example, to upload a sysinfo to a case (replace the <case number> with your case number):ProxySG#(config service-info)send <case number> system_information Sending the following reportsSystem_informationProxySG#(config service-info)
If support asks for a sysinfo, event log and snapshots, you must upload each log individually.
