Issue/Introduction
The eventlog displays errors connecting to the DRTR service and users may be experiencing delays when accessing the Internet.
Resolution
To restart of the WebPulse service from the ProxySG Management Console:
- Disable the WebPulse service.
- Navigate to Configuration > Threat Protection > WebPulse.
- Clear the Enable WebPulse Service check box.
- Click Apply.
- Reboot the ProxySG appliance.
- Navigate to Maintenance > Upgrade > Upgrade.
- Click Restart the default system.
- Enable the WebPulse service.
- Navigate to Configuration > Threat Protection > WebPulse.
- Enable the Enable WebPulse Service check box.
- Click Apply.
