Issue/Introduction

 I can't find the option to manually install or re-image the system software on the MAA-S400 and MAA-S500 appliances.

Resolution

You cannot re-image the system software on the MAA appliances on-site or through a remote operation.

If the appliance requires system re-imaging, it must be returned to Blue Coat. Please contact your Blue Coat Support technician for more information.
