Why got "ESP277E Insufficient space" for ESP JOBINDEX file even after run CYBESUT7 utility?

Environment

Resolution

The CYBESUT7 utility does not enlarge or reorganize the VSAM JOBINDEX data set, it only purges records based on the specified criteria.

So in the situation when this VSAM data set has already used 123 extents, more space is needed for a new or updated record and no more extent is available, ESP responds with ESP277E error message. 

In this case it is necessary to enlarge and reorganize the JOBINDEX data set with IDCAMS.
