To create an Incident Reviewer "Read only" account:
- Go to Manage System
- Click Administrators
- Click Add Administrator
- Enter the administrator details and click OK
Add the user to the group:
- If you already have an Incident Reviewer group:
- Go to Administrator Groups
- Click Edit
- Select the new user on the left and move user to the right and click OK
- If you do not have an Incident Reviewer Group:
- Click Create Administrator Group
- Enter a name
- Change role to Incident Reviewer
- Add the specific users to this group
- Click OK
