Issue/Introduction

 To create an Incident Reviewer "Read only" account:

  1. Go to Manage System
  2. Click Administrators
  3. Click Add Administrator
  4. Enter the administrator details and click OK

Add the user to the group:

  • If you already have an Incident Reviewer group:
  1. Go to Administrator Groups
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select the new user on the left and move user to the right and click OK
  • If you do not have an Incident Reviewer Group:
  1. Click Create Administrator Group
  2. Enter a name
  3. Change role to Incident Reviewer
  4. Add the specific users to this group
  5. Click OK
