Issue/Introduction

PTF RO99395 provides support for DASD volumes up to 1 TB EAV.
The Disk batch reports that had to be modified to support the larger fields are:
ALLOCS, DSINDX, DSUTIL, FREESP, LAYOUT, MEMBER, MVDICT, POCCHH, PODUMP, POTTRD and SVDICT
