Issue/Introduction

To control proxySG accesslog upload speed for upload client please follow below steps

1. Create a bandwidth management class in the ProxySG Management Console: Configuration > Bandwidth Mgmt > Bandwidth Classes

2. Set a Class Name and Max Bandwidth (kbps) which puts a limit on how much bandwidth can be available (maximum)

3. Use the newly created Bandwidth class for upload client from Configuration > Access Logging > Logs > Upload Client

 4. Finally click apply

In case of a ongoing upload the speed can be monitored from management console Statistics > Access Logging >  upload Status

Note: If the ProxySG appliance is in a very busy network environment, reducing the speed of access log uploading can cause delays in when an event occurs and is logged, and when it appears in Reports in Blue Coat Reporter.
