How do I collect IntelligenceCenter diagnostic log files?

Issue/Introduction

There are two ways in which to collect the IntelligenceCenter diagnostic log files.  There is a manual method and an automatic method.

The manual method:

Collect all the log files from the folder below and zipped all files accordingly,

1. <Drive>:\BlueCoat\IntelligenceCenter\logs\

2. <Drive>:\BlueCoat\DataCollector\logs\

3. <Drive>:\PostGreSQL\8.2\data\pg_log\

 

 

 

The automatic method:

 

Run both.bat below and upload all files accordingly,

 

<drive>:\BlueCoat\IntelligenceCenter\Bin (Run both scripts):

1. getDataCollectorInfo.bat (this will create a DC zip file in the following location):

    -       <drive>:\BlueCoat\DataCollector\Logs

    -       If the zip file is not there, collect the “collector_<day>.log

2. publishDiagnostics.bat (this will create a zip file in the following location):

    -       <drive>:\BlueCoat\IntelligenceCenter\devicelogs
