Log in to FTP Server:
Using an FTP server UI, find out where the root directory is, and where your access logs are stored.
For example, the files might be stored in the D:ftpproxysg directory.
On the server, go to the root file name and create new folders and name folders. (You might use the name of each proxy for the child folder names)
The reason is that by creating a subdirectory folder, you can keep track of what access log came from what proxy.
Log in to Edge SWG:
In the Edge SWG Management Console, click Administration > Compact View > Access Logging > Enable Access Logging > Logs > main (for example) > Upload Client: FTP Client > Open Settings > Enter Host, Port, Upload Path, Username, and Change Password if necessary > Apply twice > Save
(Follow the steps for all proxies that are sending their access logs to the FTP server, to be consumed by the Reporter)
Log in to MC/Reporter11:
In the MC Management Console, click Network > Reporter > Operations > Launch Console > Configure > Configuration > Databases & Logs > Log Sources > Unload
Once the log source is unloaded, click Edit> Location > Directory Path to browse/change the directory path > Save > Ok > and Load Log Source again
