How to schedule the PacketShaper to reboot at a specified time

Issue/Introduction

The reset CLI command, which will reboot PacketShaper,  can be set to run at a specified time via command scheduling.  However, please note that there is no year in the date specification.   if it is intended that the command run only once, be sure to delete the command schedule after it is no longer needed.  Otherwise, the command may run on the same date the following year.
