Issue/Introduction

I have to send data to service request but my Proxy is not connected to the network

Resolution

For example: 
You would like to update a case with Service Information such as:

  • SYSInfo
  • Event Log

Here are the steps for it

1.     Connect to ProxySG using a Serial Console, PUTTY or other software. 
2.     Before open the session click on logging and click on all session output
3.     ProxySG>enable
3.     Enable Password:
4.     ProxySG#
5.     ProxySG# show config
6.     Copy from command line everything
7.     Paste it in notepad
8.     ProxySG# show event-log
9.     Copy from command line everything
10.   Paste it in notepad
11.   Send it via your MySymantec Portal Account
