How to retrieve ProxySG logs from Reporter

Issue/Introduction

If at some point it is required to find the file location of access logs uploaded from the ProxySG or ASG appliances, please follow the steps below. 

How can I retrieve Reporter Logs?

 

Resolution

1. In the Reporter Management Console, navigate to Administration > General Settings > Data Settings - Log Sources.
2. For the log source to recover, select the Stop Log Source option.
3. In the popup window, verify if the process log source is to be renamed or moved to a folder.
   > For Rename, select the Database on Set Log Sources on the location of the file.
   > For move to folder, navigate to the folder of the log source.

If remove is selected, the log source is deleted after processing and there is no method to recover the log source.
