Issue/Introduction

Issue the following commands:

CF5000>en
Enable Password:

CF5000#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CTRL-Z.

CF5000#(config)diagnostics

CF5000#(config diagnostics)<case number>

CF5000#(config diagnostics)auto-upload off

CF5000#(config diagnostics)exit

CF500G#(config)exit

CF5000#send-diagnostics
  ok

Verify if the diagnostic files are uploaded successfully:

E.g.

CF5000#show diagnostics status
Name                                      Transferred     Total Size   % Done
System_information                        Transferred successfully
Access_log_diagnostic                     Transferred successfully
Event_log                                 Transferred successfully
Snapshot_sysinfo_stats                    Transferred successfully
CF5000#

****It is recommended to perform this action when opening up case to Bluecoat****

To remove the case number after the data was sent. Here are the commands:

CacheFlow#conf t
Enter configuration commands, one per line.  End with CTRL-Z.
CacheFlow#(config)diagnostics
CacheFlow#(config diagnostics)no case number
  ok
CacheFlow#(config diagnostics)
