Error "A download or install is already in progress" when attempting to download the Symantec Web Filter database

Issue/Introduction

After following 000010430 the Symantec Web Filter database will not download and error "A download or install is already in progress" appears. The error message appears after running the following command:

ProxySG#(config content-filter)provider bluecoat disable

Resolution

Make sure the DNS is working properly. To test out you can use an external DNS server such as 8.8.8.8 or 4.2.2.2.
