How can I enable DNS debug logs on the ProxySG?

Issue/Introduction

Please follow these steps when instructed to do so by Blue Coat Technical Support.

How to get a DNS Debug Log:

1. Navigate to an advanced HTTP console url: https://<ip.address.of.proxy>:8082/dns/debug . Here you will need to specify exactly what you want traced. In most cases you will need to “Trace all” of the options if a DNS Debug Log has been requested from you or get the assistance from Blue Coat Technical Support which option to turn on.

2. Generate a request through the ProxySG, refresh the /DNS/Debug console URL and observe the DNS debug trace has been generated. Here is an example:
